HOW TO ORDER
We like to be a bit different. Quirky, some might say.
We are not an online store.
As such here is the process for ordering from us.
WHOLESALE
We are mostly a wholesaler, with a minimum wholesale order of 240 GBP excluding VAT and postage.
Orders under 240 GBP must add 50% to the wholesale prices shown in our catalogue.
As procurement and sale of our stock changes on a daily basis, we do our very best to keep our catalogue up-to-date. However, in the interest of the customer service we are renowned for, we like to double-check our stock on site, prior to confirmation of your order.

Make your selection. If you can't see what you are looking for please contact us with your enquiry. We are able to procure unusual valves and tubes from our extensive network of international suppliers that we have built up over the last 40+ years.

Complete our Order Enquiry form. We aim to respond within 48 working hours, although usually it's a lot quicker.

We will then double-check and confirm your order with you.

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, TT, Wise, Paypal, Debit, and Credit Cards. (A 10 GBP admin fee applies for transfers from outside the UK; outside the EU please add 1.5% admin fee for credit cards, 4.5% admin fee for PayPal).

Valves and tubes are tested prior to despatch unless stated otherwise. There are always one or two rare exceptions.

Orders are securely packaged and promptly despatched.
RETAIL
Our minimum retail order is usually 50 GBP (note sales to Europe must be over 125 GBP), should you order directly from our catalogue. Alternatively, visit our eBay shop billington784961.
